1. Field Engineer (Electrical) - BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE (Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical)) from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks
2. Field Engineer (Electronics) -BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE (Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical Communication / Telecommunication Engg) from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks
3. Field Engineer (Civil) -BE/B.Tech/BSc (Engg)/ AMIE Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks
4. Field Supervisor (Electrical) - Diploma in (Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/ Power Engineering (Electrical)) from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks
5. Field Supervisor (Electronics) -Diploma (in (Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical Communication / Telecommunication Engg) from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks

Age Limit: (As on 24.06.2017)
Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 29 Years. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
